SCOPE

(Internal & External)

The Scope of the Business Activity is part of the Positional Field of the business, at a strategic level.

It is composed by the Nature and Domains elements:

- Nature: It defines who performs the Business Activity, and consists in the fundamental characteristics of the organization in that respect. Defining the Nature element is setting the internal scope of the Business Activity.

- Domains: It defines where the organization positions itself in the economic environment where it operates. Defining the Domains element is setting the external scope of the Business Activity.
